Loved the tour.
Many people complain about getting to the island. If you’re not ready for 2-3 hours of that , then just don’t go or rent your own car or get an exclusive $500+ tour.
Loved the food, the time on Saona, and photos that the team took. Dancing and having drinks on catamaran was a joy!!

12 hour trip, but only 2 hours on Saona.
Saona Island is great, but most time you spent in Taxis and Busses and waiting for other people. All chaotic and only spanish speaking crew

This was the worst. First, there was no guide for our group even though this was a private tour with our guide. We waited over 30 minutes past the pickup for the driver after speaking with him several times verifying if he was there to pick up our group he said NO. It was not until one of the hotels staff contacted the vendor to only find out the guy was our driver.
Then we drive 10 minutes and stop at a gas station only to be told we were to transfer to a large bus with a group of other passengers. after paying for a PRIVATE GROUP TOUR. Still no guide.
As a travel agent, I would never recommend this company to my client. The service was horrible and I would not even give them a 1. Definitely will never use this company again.

Worse experience ever for an excursion! Terrible! Took two hours to get to the boat, only spoke Spanish, terrible trip to the island with hundreds of people. Food was terrible. Boat ride back was way overcrowded and extremely unsafe.
