I recently used Nexustours for a trip, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the initial booking process to the follow-up after the trip, they were exceptional. Yan and the crew were lights out. Truly has our best interests in mind. Made the experience easy and stress free. 10/10 would recommend in a heart beat. Keep it up yan ya beauty!

The view and the island is amazing. The compliments of having a Pedro our Sunwing agent, papaWilly as out tour guide and Angel as our catamarán capitán really made the experience to go from great to amazing. These people really know how to make you feel good and they took care of us and everyone else as individuals and a group at the same time. We felt as part of a family. A whole day of pampering is good and even the price was a bit higher than others I will not do this again if is not with them. I saw the other catamaráns and people were squeezed in and left on their own but us we had plenty of room a personalized crew taking care of us and nice lunch waiting at the beach. My only complain is that because you are having so much fun the time goes by quickly and we had to return by the end of the day praying that the motor breaks so we can stay longer.

We booked with Moses on the beach at royalton punta cana and we're told there would be lobster, shrimp and a very good buffet.
We were 30 minutes late being picked up, and driven to a car park to change coach. We chose a speed boat out and catarman back, the speed boat was very basic and broke down twice, we were returning to where we started when they eventually got the engines running. Samona island was a huge let down, the beach was awful and full of seaweed, there was no lobster or shrimp just cold chicken and what looked like pork but could have been anything which was also cold due to not being on the bbq long enough.
The return trip on the catamaran was enjoyable until we had to transfer to a smaller boat in rough seas. The height difference coupled with the swell of the sea was extremely dangerous causing at least 3 passengers to fall over. On the coach back we had 2 very load noises and couldn't go over a certain speed due to a tyre blow out. The guide Santos was not interested in his passengers and was only Interested in selling pina coladas on the beach, or bottles of muma juna with a tacky photograph on.
I would never use Nexus again and was very disappointed

Ta great one day trip, bacardi island is the most amazing beach I've seen and the waterfall part is great too. Food was also great. Also appreciated the special arrangements that Angel from Nexus tours helped me with.

We stayed at Dreams Onyx in Punta cana and booked our day trip to Seona island through Nexus tour with Thomas big mistake he lied to us about what would be provided on the tour, he told us food and beverages would be provided on the boat. We got no food only beverages. The boat broke down and it took 4 hours to get to the island. Everyone was starving because we left the hotel at 6am with out breakfast. The buffet on the island was horrible due to we got the leftovers.

The tour to the island was great. A wonderful experience. Good value as far as I’m concerned.

What I really want to comment about is that my rep, Raquel, at Vista Sol did her best in a very hard situation with Sunwing. The Sunwing outage with its 30+ hour departure delay was a hard situation for everyone. I felt that Raquel did all that was in her control to ensure that I had a room and was looked after while Sunwing got their s… together.
