Relaxing. Keep in mind there are 2 places to eat on the island.
Must bring towel and sun block.
Flamingos can be seen, but if u pay the extra- u can go on the side with them.
Wear water shoes.
Staff were awesome.

It was a nice day and fun activities. Some activities are extra money like seaquest but my family loved it. The food is not top notch if that’s what you’re looking for but it wasn’t the worst either. The lines moved extremely fast and you were able to grab a meal and drinks whenever you wanted. Stress free relaxing day.

I visited De Palm Island with my girlfriend, we opted into 2 packages on top of the initial visit to the island, we purchased the package for premium seating that give you access to a private section of the beach where you can see the flamingos, this package allows you to be in a little more privacy with reserved seating under a fixed umbrella, the staff will wait on you in your seat or you can opt to go to a walk up bar in this area, all drinks and a meal were included with your purchase price, I feel that it was a worthwhile premium to pay for the extra privacy being that we went as a couple, I feel that family travel would benefit more from the main section as they have kid friendly areas in the main section, in addition we opted to purchase the SNUBA package, similar to SCUBA but you don't carry the tank yourself, rather you are using a hose attached to a tank on the surface, a diver is in the water with you for safety and to take pictures and video of your underwater experience. This was an enjoyable adventure and well worth the value, I recommend bringing some cash to be able to leave a gratuity, American currency is accepted. I will be visiting again on my next trip to Aruba.

This was the best excursion I’ve been on. And I’ve been on a lot of excursions over my years. It was fun filled, and there was so much to do for activities. Or you could just lay on the beach or load in the crystal Clearwater. We loved the sea trek and the flamingo interaction. Well worth adding it to our package.
I had to flag down a manager because I could not get up and down out of the lounge chairs. So he brought over a regular chair for me. They were so accommodating that during the flamingo interaction again. I could not get down and sit in the water so he brought over a chair for me . If you’re looking for an excursion for all ages, definitely do this one!

Overall not a bad experience, but the lunch buffet is mediocre at best, drinks are tiny and the lines are long. Can run out if things to do with younger kids.

You have to pay an additional 65$ fee per person in order to see the flamingos-for which we are aaalll going to. They don’t disclose this when you purchase the 150$ tickets! Food was awful, drinks as well. The only great drink we had was mango madness in a pineapple for which of course you have to pay additionally.
Beach is extremely rocky, so wear something comfortable.

Beautiful and fun all inclusive day trip. The drinks were good and there were a variety to choose from! It was very relaxing and i like that you can find some quiet places to nap. Hammocks were a nice touch. The bus driver was personable and they’re quick to respond when you message them. I really wish they offered pick ups at airbnbs as well. I’ve traveled other places that would pick me up at an airbnb so i didn’t understand why only resort people get to have that option. My only complaints are that i think it’s ridiculous to separate and charge extra for the flamingos because i know that when one of my friends went on this same excursion a few years ago, the flamingos were free and apart of it. Charging extra for that i feels ridiculous since i know it wasn’t that way to begin with. As a foodie, I have to say the food was underwhelming, i really wish there were more options besides burgers fries and chicken tenders. I don’t travel overseas just to eat something i could’ve ordered at McDonald’s. It would be nice to actually have Aruban/Carribean food.
This excursion is more for the “resort” people and not so much adventurous people who want to immerse themselves in the culture.

My family and I did the inclusive day trip and let me say it was the best decision we’ve made on the trip so far! Flamingos, iguanas, and turtles all around. The water is absolutely beautiful and calm, and you have the best seating located all over the island. We did the Sea Trek walking underwater with Omar, Raymond, Ryan, Igmar and Xavier. We enjoyed it so much!! Seeing all of the wreckage and fish life underwater was truly breathtaking. We would come back in a heart beat.
