DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. We booked a Sagrada familia tour because of all of the good reviews. Unfortunately they subcontract out to a local tour company called Amigos Tours (you can see how bad their reviews are). I booked the tour weeks in advance because the Sagrada Familia sells out. Amigo tours contacted us two days in advance and cancelled our tour. Because sagrada familia books out so far in advance, we were able to visit on our trip. Huge bummer.

Disorganized and poor information provided. When we had a delay due to taxi strike we were told that if we were
Late we would lose our money. The tour operator, Julia Travel, was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. We ran 1.5 miles to just catch our tour. The guide however was very good. Avoid booking with this operation.

This is the only way to see the Sagrada! Alberto was an amazing guide and really took his time to explain everything quite well to us. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Very poor communication. Do not recommend. Bought vouchers online with a reservation time and you receive a voucher with vague instructions and a 800-number to call. We arrived (admittedly) 5 minutes late (5:05 PM) - our metro train was temporarily delayed and we were stuck in a station. When we arrived, no one was at the meet-up point. Tried calling 800 number and no answer. We get a text 10 minutes later that our tour guide can't find us. Then another text a minute later that our tour was cancelled and there are no refunds.

Apparently the hiring was in English, we thought it was in Spanish, the guide Paula, who speaks Spanish, Catalan and English, did not help us, but rather she agreed that we should go on our own, since she did not have to be there and that she was doing them a favor. The agency, the staff of the Sagrada Familia, was the one who helped us, they provided us with an autoquia and we found out something, but this Paula, after the arrogant and conceited treatment, still sends us an email telling us to make a good comment about her performance, of course in English, but We translated it and here we are giving it a response and the email also said that their work depended on good comments, the cynicism of the pajara is incredible

We did not find official tickets or tours in Spanish. Among the different alternatives offered, we opted for this Tour, which had a good price. Includes guided tour with a small group, entrance to the guided group sector with audio system.
The information provided by the guide was very interesting, it is a place under construction and constant change, so it is better to attend with a guide. Totally recommended. They give you free time after the tour to continue visiting the place. Thanks to guide Miguel for the visit.

The church itself and the tour was good. It was definitely worth it to skip the line, even though there was no visible line. The description said you had to cover your shoulder and knees, but that was not the case. Aside from that it's a must see attraction, but not necessarily via this tour.
