The process was smooth. It was easy to find the company representative and to get the entry tickets. The skip the lone feature was nice because the line was long on the day we went. We enjoyed the Academia Gallery very much.

Great experience in this fabulous museum, the entrance was faster and on time, but as almost always there is a spot in this process, in this event we were attended by two guys, a man and a woman, but the girl was not friendly and mean with us, but removing that little success our experience in this museum y all process was amazing thanks

While we were able to get tickets smoothly, the tickets are overpriced but unjustified. It is possible and very common to get tickets at the door - no need to pay more for them. The distributors were rude and unfriendly as well. The skip the line wasn’t efficient though we arrived earlier than the booked slot. It depends on the number of people.

We loved the museum. The place to exchange our voucher for tickets was a little hard to find. Would be better if they had a sign, but even though we were a few minutes late because of the confusion, we were still able to get in.

The wrong tickets were sent. When I called the Cal tours only spoke Italian so they hung up. I didn’t go the Florence tout. I was in Venice and need my money back. I did go to the Peggy Guggenheim museum in Venice which was amazing.

The David is well worth seeing when you are travelling through Florence. The Accademia is filled with tourists, so just be patient.

Skipping the line is a must
You don’t need a guide to get through this museum as it is very small compared to Louvre or Uffizi, we were in before 9 and had the David mostly to ourselves, 30 minutes later it was 30 deep
Get down there about 20-25 min early to make sure you have time to find you tour company and there are dozens hanging around all giving out tickets

We had 9:30 tickets reserved months in advance and were told the day before that we had been bumped to 10:00 am. When we showed up with our voucher to get the tickets they then bumped us to 10:15. We booked three trips through Viator for this vacation and two of them bumped our time slots. The museum was great.
