This was my favorite tour of all! We visited two wineries, and also stopped in Siena. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!

I was very surprised and disappointed at how much time we spent driving. I would have preferred to have traveled around Chianti and maybe visit a small town in that area. The wine tasting in Montepulciano was so rushed and forced; the gal was just hurriedly going through her sales pitch. I felt no desire to buy anything from her. Stopping at the “Gladiator” house was completely unnecessary. That movie came out in 2000 and some people on our trip had never even heard of it. This day was supposed to be a big highlight of our trip but it was not.

Great guide Mauricio, both wineries were accommodating and excellent. The scenery was amazing as we drove throughout Tuscany, Montepulciano was particularly amazing!

We had an awesome time on this tour. Our driver, Paolo, was very helpful and informative. Thank you Paolo!! There were only 4 of us on the tour, which was very nice. We had free time in Greve, Montalcino and Montepulciano. The drive was breathtaking! We visited 2 vinyards for tasting. Lunch was served at Paradiso, which was also spectacular. It was a fantastic day!

The landscape on the drive was surreal, everyone fell in love with Andrea at Mazzarrini. The wine selections were fantastic, and the Brunellos with pasta lunch put me in a coma on the drive back. 10/10 would recommend!

Booked this for my wife and I. Turned out we were the only two for the tour so we were picked up in a Mercedes sedan which was nice. Our guide and driver was Carlo. Carlo was an excellent guide, with LOTS of wine knowledge and of Tuscany in general. That was a real plus to learn so much as we drove from place to place. We decided to skip Greve and instead made a quick stop at Piazzale Michelangelo for some nice morning pictures, and then visited the American Cemetery near Tavarnuzze which was serene but sobering. We then went to first winery called Poggio Amorelli. Was a smaller producer, but beautiful scenery and terrace location where we had wine tastings paired with meats, cheese and bread. Very good experience here and we were only ones so had their undivided attention (felt special). Ended up purchasing wines to have shipped to us. We tasted a few of the grapes on the vine, as they were probably within one week of harvest. We then had a quick visit to the town of Montalcino and walked around there for about 40 minutes which was plenty. Nice little medieval town.
Then proceeded to the second winery, Paradiso di Cacuci, to have more tastings and a full lunch. Wines included Brunello and Super Tuscan, and the lunch was so much food and excellent too. Again we were only ones there at the time and the host was so enthusiastic and letting us try different vintages of the Brunello. We definitely got our money's worth in wine and food on this tour!
Afterwards it was on to Montepulciano, our last stop. Beautiful medieval town that the driver dropped us off at the top and we then could walk down (all downhill) through the village and do some shopping and have a gelato. Great views out over the Tuscan countryside, and a good way to finish the day. Then the ride back to Florence and Carlo took some back roads closer to Florence to avoid the traffic.
All in all a very nice day, beautiful scenery, good wines and food, great guide, and just a great way to spend a Sunday in Tuscany! Highly recommend.

With my limited time I have in Tuscany and with a mediocre tour that I took with my family the day prior, this tour was a savior. It was a Ling day and it was only 3 people total and we went to 3 different wineries (Poggio Amorelli, Tornessi and Ercolani) and visited villages of Greve, Montepulciano and Montalcino. Guido, our guide, was informative and engaging. The only thing I would recommend is doing this tour during the season (April-October) while daylight is a little longer and perhaps could have visited the said places longer and maybe visited another town like Montreggioni as our group was a bit of a rush since we needed to be in Montepulciano before sun down as we know in November in Europe, sun down goes a little bit early. Nonetheless, this tour is highly recommended since it’s a small group with a better lunch than the big bus tour that we did the day prior from the same tour company.

We had a lovely day visiting two wineries and two towns. The driver was very nice and did a good job of getting us around but really was just that...a driver rather than a tour guide. The people at the wineries were informative and enthusiastic. Views are beautiful.

We had the best time with Sergio. The Tuscan countryside was breathtaking and the wineries that they chose for us were perfect, smaller family owned establishments which were very personal. Our homemade lunch was the best pasta I have ever had, made as we sat and enjoyed the wine. Absolutely delightful day all around. Sergio was very helpful and knowledgable about the region and most accomodating to any of our needs. Nothing but good things to say!
