First let me say that most Gangster Tours in New York City are total BS- We're the Original experience that comes right from the “horse’s mouth” no tour guide no filter. Hosted by a group of active & retired NYPD Police Officers. Get the real stories while visiting notorious gangland locations as we walk from the East Village to Little Italy. You'll hear firsthand accounts of the NYC Mafia and crimes in NYC and taste the local cuisines. We will visit Crime Family member hang-outs where they ate, partied and ran their elusive "family businesses" also seen in "Get Gotti". Visit the locations tour companies don’t even know exist. See the “Ravenite Social Club" and more. We meet at a famous mafia “red sauce joint” Est 1908. Three food stops ample food provided. We'll top it off with a full-sized cannoli from one of Little Italy's iconic local pastry spots. We have hosted 10,000 guests and have over 2,000 five-star ratings on Airbnb.
This is not just another Mafia tour in New York.

Dan was excellent! He provided a lot of knowledge around the area and was a very welcoming host. Best Italian food I’ve had in my life! Highly recommended.

The tour was real good. Visited and ate at places where the Mafia once ruled. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Lots of information learned.

From the walking into John's on 12th where we enjoyed spaghetti with the best meatball, learned some interesting history and stories of the restaurant, had some laughs, then we moved on to Russo's, 1st time I'd ever had homemade mozzarella! Excellent! We then walked a long while but the tour was fillrd with wonderful architecture of NY. Dan told some amazing stories about the Italian mob and took us to the sites where historical mob activities occurred. I enjoyed it all. The next stop, The Original Benito One; words cannot explain how delicious the Eggplant Parmigiana was outstanding , the sauce, the sauce, the sauce was everything. Little Italy was a great experience. Very eye catching and a must see. Finally we ended our tour at LaBella Ferrara, the ladies were so welcoming and literally served our group after their shop had already closed. Talk about special treatment. The peanut butter canolli was so good and the lobster tail pastry was to die for.
This tour was a long walk, be prepared, wear your best walking shoes and bring your appetite.
Thank you Dan for a wonderful experience

Amazing mix of stories combining crime stories from Little Italy across the years and real life stories from someone who has seen the other side in person at NYPD. Dennis tells his memories with that shine in his eyes that show the true emotions of some exciting and adrenaline loaded adventures. Make sure you ask him for more!
The restaurants visited on the way offer authentic Italian food, where tomato sauce actually tastes like tomatos.

I think our guide, Bill, was a sub, but was still very knowledgeable about the city and the subjects. The tour is a combination of food and the mob. A natural pairing of course, but Bill did have a challenge to stay on topic with so much history to cover. I'll leave the mobsters for you to experience, but let me tell you that on this tour I ate the most amazing eggplant parmigiana on the planet! Now, that's not to slight the cannoli, fresh mozzarella or the meatballs, but that eggplant was off the chain! It alone was worth the price.

The guy didn’t show up. Didn’t call, text or email. Cost me two hours getting there waiting around. No one knew what was going on. Not very nice.

The tour guide was incredible! He was so through and detailed about the crime history in Little Italy! The best part was that he was from the area and had an intimate knowledge about the events and people that could only be known through living through it! Honestly, this was one of the best tours that we went on and the food was just perfect! If you love crime history great food, and immersion, this is the tour for you!
