The Fisher Towers section of the Colorado River is HEAVY ON SCENERY, WITH SOME FUN SMALL RAPIDS (depending on the water level/time of year). This is an area where many motion pictures and commercials have been filmed over the years. John Wayne and John Ford filmed a lot of old westerns in this area. Most recently filmed in this area was The Lone Ranger with Johnny Depp & Armie Hammer (2013).

Had a great afternoon with our guide Liam from Adrift Adventures. He was full of great stories and knowledge about the area.
The rafts can hold at least 6 to adults. Guide does all the rowing so you can just hang on and enjoy the view.
We did at least 4 rapids ranging from class 1 to 3. River was high on our day. approx 23000 cps.
They went above and beyond for us. I lost my keys in the morning and they gave us a ride back to our condo. Also my wife slipped and fell (no fault of theirs) and they were very thorough about checking her over before we went on the trip.
Super high recommendation for Adrift and all their staff, especially guide Liam.

It was a great adventure, we had a lot of fun. The break with sandwiches was also nice. Our guide Claire was very entertaining.

Adrift Adventures is a great outfit in Moab, Utah. If you are planning a trip there, you MUST ride the Colorado! A river trip is a phenomenal way to see a part of Utah you can't see from inside the parks, or from the highway. Our guide, Claire, gave us 5-star service, with interesting information about the geology of the rocks, info about the river, and they provided a delicious lunch. We will definitely do this again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had an awesome time on the “daily” Colorado River tour with Claire our guide. She was so knowledgeable about the Colorado river, the landscape, and the surrounding area. We’ll be back again in 2024 with Adrift!

A relaxing float down a beautiful stretch of the river, this trip is magnificent. It was also very enlightening and fun! Our raft guide, Turner, was full of energy and delightful. He told us all kinds of things in such an interesting way it felt like we were on a fascinating field trip.

Beautiful afternoon spent with Tim on the Colorado River. Beautiful landscapes, good equipment, nice lunch, good atmosphere. The whole family enjoyed the outing. The rafting session is quite calm, no risk even with young children. Mike the manager is welcoming, you can go there without fear, you will have a great time.

Our Guide Claire was the best: she was paddling against the hot thermal wind all by herself (passengers do not have paddles on these boats, just the guide). We recommend this trip to people who want to enjoy the scenery of the steep canyon walls and take a refreshing swim in the Colorado river. The river current in this area is very calm, no dangerous passages, really a relaxing exursion on the river (basic grade of river raft, no previous experience needed). Many thanks!
