I am a member of Marriott Bonvoy, where I stayed for a holiday in Vienna. I was warned by hotel stay of numerous complaints by guests. They wanted me to know that they are not affiliated with The Golden Tree Spa -use at your own risk. The staff are rude, untrained, and incapable of performing massage therapy. My friend had the wellness massage and she said that the therapist used only her fingerprints, my friend felt the oil far more than a massage. The therapist did not know what to do at all. I had the reflexology foot massage, and had a similar experience. It was so disappointing because I felt I had no recourse. I spent over 220 euro. and was unable to get a refund. My intent is to warn people from wasting their money. This Spa is a sham.
