.Civita di Bagnoregio and Orvieto are considered two of the most beautiful villages in Italy and thousands of people come from all over the world to admire the timeless and magical appearance that can be perceived walking through their narrows.
Civita Bagnoregio counts only 11 inhabitants due to the condition of structural precariousness that has emptied the country. In recent years, although several have been renovated and summer host foreign artists and vacationers and today Civita is experiencing a new phase of development, thanks to tourists who come every year to admire it but at the same time made it necessary to have controlled access to do not damage the fragile balance of ancient structures.
Access to the bridge may be subject to restrictions due to weather conditions.
Orvieto is a small town of Etruscan origins where you can admire the magnificent 14th-century cathedral, a masterpiece of gothic architecture.

The view of the Civita village is breathtaking. We visited an excavated 5000 years old wine cellar at Orvieto. It is stupendous.
I would give a 5 but the lady guide is shoddy. She is rush. She explained point of interest to only to a few guests around her. She needs to wait for all of catching up with her then do it. She is not joyful. She spoke fast with Italian terminology and an accent. It made us hard to understand her.

Finally a tour from Rome my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. Our guide, Christina was very attentive, humerous, obliging, caring and blended well within our group. The driver Giuseppe was very good.
The places we visited were picturesque and worth visiting. The restaurant served excellent food and well presented. It had a nice atmosphere. The quality of the wine served was very good. Interesting to be able to explore the labyrinth of the restaurant.
Again excellent all round.

Great way to enjoy the area in limited time. You also have free time to explore. Good transportation from Roma Termini and good lunch.

I’d give this tour 100 stars. It s absolutely magnificent. The hill top town is the most gorgeous place ever. The lunch was some of the best food I’ve had in Italy so far Christine was very informative and I loved every second of this tour. A lot of walking but good for walking off the food !!!! The underground aqua ducts under the restaurant was so cool and unexpected. I’d do this again in a heartbeat !!!!!
