This trip was absolutely amazing! The pilot Cam had so much information on the different sights and wildlife throughout the day including guiding us through snorkelling. The island was absolutely beautiful. Crystal clear water and the best snorkelling I’ve done in FNQ.

Sadly, my Daintree Air Services Lizard Island Day Tour by Air was canceled due to weather.
Greg really worked his butt off to find us a last minute alternative. He had found two or three options to chose from but spoke of one he thought would be best for us. We took his advice and he booked that particular tour immediately.
He was absolute correct and the boat tour (Ocean Spirit) was perfect. While we are sad our trip with Greg was unavoidably canceled, we appreciate the work he put in and have wonderful memories from the alternative he provided.
If/when we return to Australia, we will definitely rebook our tour with Greg and Daintree Air Services. Thanks, Greg!

There were so many turtles! My first time swimming with turtles. The reef was amazing, giant clams, every tropical fish you can imagine. The water was like crystal. I captured so many beautiful shots of the reef, including the blue lagoon by sea plane. The pilot took good care of us through out the day. Everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend the Daintree Air Family high enough (So to speak) we did the Cape York and Lizard Island tours
Greg gave us a brilliant flight full of info of EVERYTHING we saw along the way in the plane and 4wd bus to the Cape spotting brumbies and dingoes in this remote area to reach the peak where the Coral Sea and the Arafura sea collide
We hired a brand new 4wd from Daintree hire to boot to drive the inland road to Cooktown and return to Cairns via the Bloomfield Track safely
Then off to Lizard Island with Cam and Brandon which was spectacular. Snorkeling was amazing But there were turtles everywhere just in a metre of water from the beach. Definitely swimming with these guys was the highlight of my trip

Great way to spend the day and being introduced to the great barrier reef. Small group was really nice, and the pilots were great. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous day trip to Lizard we had. So beautiful, picturesque and untouched. The reef was spectacular. So many turtles.
The staff organising this trip from Air services Australia ( Daintree air services) were informative and helpful and so friendly. The lunch provided was yummy and heaps of it.
Thoroughly recommend doing this trip.

What a fabulous way to see the extensive reef as well as visit the pristine Lizard Island where you can't avoid the turtles. Beautiful reef just offshore and huge clams everywhere too. Loved the experience with the white tip reef shark too! If you can afford this trip, do it. One of the best day trips I've ever done

Absolutely briliant day with Daintree Air Services on Lizard. While the day on the island was breezy and a little overcast, it is still a stunning and unique place to go. Great snorkelling, with numerous Turtles literally metres from the beach, enormous Blue Clams, and plenty of fish and coral to see. A really great experience. Do this trip. Its not a cheap day out, but its a once in a lifetime truly memorable experience, and very worthwhile. Awesome!

From pickup to the flight, the food, the snorkeling, and most importantly, the staff, this experience was worth every penny. Pickup was prompt right from our hotel. At the airport, we were fitted with snorkel gear (including flippers, life jacket, and wetsuit for those inclined to use them), given a safety briefing by our pilot (Joey), and off we went to the small plane that would provide spectacular views of the GBR on our way to lizard island. At the island it was just a short, lovely (and informative!) walk to a secluded beach where we shed our gear and experienced some of the best snorkeling in the world. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. We were fortunate that the weather was also perfect. I genuinely could not have imagined a better day. A huge thanks to our pilot who took great care of our group of 4 all day!
