Very disappointed!! Our flight was overbooked and we let the operator know still with at least 20 hours before booking NOT to cancel but to amend the date. My autistic son was looking to forward to this experience the most. We lost money from rental car, lodging and rebooking our flight and the tour company NEVER got back to us. We contacted customer support and they attempted as well. Such poor business etiquette. It is a shame because we would of tipped well to take the tour.

had fun time got to see lot fish , hold a big star fish see dolphins and sting rays. I didn’t think they boat was going be fast but the were fast fast bring glasses

This is a snorkeling and boating experience, not SNUBA as described. Was fun to pilot the boat, and the snorkeling was ok, my kids really enjoyed it. Hosts were friendly, too. So not a bad experience, but definitely not what it describes.

Everything was great. Transportation was a breeze. Our tour guide made sure we had an awesome experience and got to see plenty of fish and coral. Hands down my favorite part of the trip
