The most memorable part was that our tour guide did not allow us to complete the tour since we had tower access. This was NOT what we signed up for!

The guide was very nice and we could hear/understand her very clearly. Several tour attendees asked questions that I thought the guide should have included during the walk. We did enjoy the additional tower add-on.

Much too expensive compared to the services!
You have to be there at least 15 minutes before! A deplorable welcome at the Julia travel agency! the guide only arrives at 4:00 p.m. exactly the start time of what we thought would be the guided tour; division of visitors into two identical English-French groups even though there were French speakers and English speakers in both groups!! So it's time to arrive in front of the Sagrada Familia, and then tell us twice: in English and in French that she has to do this, do that...we have to wait for her while she goes to reception and then comes back, goes through security, and waits for her again while she gets the audio guides, lost 30 minutes! Few constructive comments, the guide leaves us at 5:15 p.m. to let us climb the tower, and announces a closing at 8:00 p.m. while the guards push us out at 6:15 p.m.!
It’s a shame that some tourists are so noisy inside and that young people act as social media models to have their photos taken in skimpy outfits…
Despite everything, the place is superb!

I have nothing good to say about the tour. The group was way too large with over 25 in our group. Chaos with other groups all together. Way too expensive for what you get. Guide difficult to understand.

The Basilica is awe inspiring. However, our tour guide was rude and for the price we paid it wasn’t anything special.

La Sagrada Familia is something you have to see in person. Photos just cannot evoke the emotion you feel when visiting here.
