From Barcelona, we will visit an important winery in the Penedes region, and we will learn about the peculiarities of wine production in Catalonia. Spanish wine culture has a large tradition, being the first vineyards planted around 4.000 B.C. This region has a special touch due to the great variety of grapes, among which we find the specialty of Cava.
In this historical wine cellar, we will visit their vineyards, the place where they carry out the wine production, and all the facilities. But that´s not all! You will have the chance to taste some of their famous wine specialties accompanied by some appetizers!

Nice tour. Carlos was a great guide. His English was really good. Since it was raining, we couldn’t visit the vines, but it was still a very fun experience and we learned a lot.

Very nice tour to Sumarroca eine cellar.
Our tour guide Carlos did a really good job and his english was pretty good.
At Sumarroca we got a lot of Insights and a great wine tasting. We would totally recommend this Tour.
