Cooking School is located right inside Triana Food Market. We offer daily food market tours and cooking classes.
During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

My wife and I had an incredible time at the hands-on cooking class at Triana Market in Seville. Exploring the vibrant market was a fantastic start. Chef Victoria was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing tips and tricks that you won't find in cooking videos. We enjoyed some Sangria while preparing a delicious 3-course meal, including paella and a traditional spinach and chickpea tapa. The experience culminated in a delightful feast of our creations. We would highly recommended the for food enthusiasts of all levels.

I highly recommend this experience. Our market tour was informative and perfect amount of time. The cooking was simple, great instructions, perfect space, nice group size, and delicious food. We left full and more informed of Spanish food.

Really cool experience with great food and drinks! The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable, and as a solo traveler it was nice sharing an experience with a small group of other people. Would 100% do this again and highly recommend!

An incredible experience for our entire family. First rate food and fun as our chef and his assistant took care of us. Friends who are going to Seville this summer have already signed up for the class.

The cooking class was a lot of fun! Chef showed us some great techniques for cutting up a chicken, plus how to make not only paella, but this great hummus dip. And a few other delights. I recommend this class if you want to spend a few hours not walking around but stopping to experience the Spanish market and cuisine. It was truly a CB lot of fun and the folks running it were all very positive and happy- good vibe!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the market and the Spanish Cooking Class. All of the staff were great , the kitchen, equipment and tutelage provided were excellent. The food we prepared was lovely. A totally great experience.

It was a wonderful experience. I learned alot from the chef and the food at the end was delicious We took a tour if the market and walked to the kitchen along the river

Super enjoyable 😊 Started with a tour round some nice market stalls. Then a lovely 10 minute riverside walk (a beautiful spot) to the kitchen, where we each got to do a little bit of prep helping, and participate in the cooking: a tomato soup, a chickpea and spinach dish, and paella as the pièce de résistance. Nice chat with the other people in the class, and good vibes from the guide and from the chef.
