The Islamic version is related in Surah (Chapter) Al-Kahf (18, "The Cave"), of the Qur'an. During the time of the Prophet Muhammad, the Jews of Medina challenged him to tell them the story of the sleepers knowing that none of the Arabs knew about it. According to tradition, God then sent the angel Gabriel (or Jibreel) to reveal the story to him through Surah Al-Kahf. After hearing it from him, the Jews confirmed that he told the same story they knew.

This was a wonderful activity to do, especially if you are Muslim and know the significance of the seven sleepers' lives. Adnan our tour guide was so lovely, patient, friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He took us for a walk around the markets in Amman and treated us to some delicious kunafeh.

Highly recommend this tour. Our guide Mr Mohammed Bardaghawi was exceptional and made sure to show us all the sites we wanted as well as stopped along the way to show us some great scenery. He was very punctual, friendly and accommodating to our wants!

We were driven to the 3no. castles and the cave in a new, comfy car. All went smoothly. Good driver. It took us 6h in total and we had a great time exploring them. Bring food with you if you need it and if you want to save time as there is a lot of driving time.

The trip was wonderful I visited many Islamic sites..I discovered thing that I didn't know before..the driver was amazing and the pick up was on time i would like to thank Mr adnan the driver...I am so happy!!

What can say, what an experience of a lifetime. One that I will never forget. It was only possible by the amazing brother Mohammed B who was our lovely driver. I will never forget the hospitality, professionalism and the detailed care he went into from turning up prompt on the day and communicating with us the days prior to the excursion. He was very knowledgable and answered all questions relating to the excursion. He provided cold water, Wi-Fi and an excellent, spacious vehicle.He was a great ambassador for his company and Jordanian hospitality and immersed us in true Jordanian culture. My family and I would highly recommended this company for this tour and please ask for Mohammed B as you driver, you won’t be disappointed.

We really wanted to see the cave of the 7 sleepers and the three main mosques- we couldn’t have asked for a better driver than Mohammad- we are so glad we have found a true gem of a human in him. We had so many questions that he was able to advise us with regarding the mosque visits and especially the Cave visit. We happened to mention that my daughter was interested in structures for her A-level art and Photography and he was so helpful in pointing out prominent buildings and structures that she was able to photograph on route. We wanted to know where the famous place to eat Kunafe was and he was able to advise us. We are so truly grateful to have booked this excursion which was made 200% even better for having Mohammad take us there- we would highly recommend this visit, do ask for Mohammed Bardaghawi

It was really unforgettable tour of my life. The company exceeded my expectations due to the professional and friendly company of my tour guide Mr. Muhammad Ahmad Bardaghawi. He was such a nice guy because he helped me to explore the target places in a way that added lot of knowledge and memories to my mind. I have been to around 50 countries so far but never had the tourist guide like Mr. Bardaghawi. I would give 5 out of 5 to both the company and the tour guide.
