Booking the transportation was so simple and everybody was so nice. There were eight of us and the van was on time and everything was very satisfactory. I would for sure use them again.

Great service! We got picked up at the airport and taken straight to the resort. No waiting in lines, no stopping at other resorts, just a direct transfer to our hotel. We used the same service to go back to the airport and the driver was very punctual and got us there in no time. I would definitely use their services again!!

All was well until we got to the airport in Punta Cana, after pre- paying for the transport, they wanted another 40.00 because my hotel was further away. They knew where my hotel was ahead of time. So why charge more? Your advertisement does not state you have hidden fees. Not fair to have to pay more after already pre paying.

We could not find viator easily we had the impression that there would somebody holding a sign with our name on it. It was little confusing but we finally found him. After that it was all good

The drivers and support were great. However, every other transfer company I have used gives a return transfer ticket at the time of hotel drop off. A confirmation email/text or return ticket would have been nice.

After twelve hours flying to Punta Cana, no body was waiting for us.
When we found our shuttle we were told need to pay more $70 dollars. When we booked we already paid $180 from punta cana to la romana.
It's take more than one hour to figure out and they tell us pay more $50 and deal done.
After that we used deferente company to get to resort in la romana!!!
Stay away of this Viator!!!!

Exceptional Customer Service start to finish, friendly disposition, upon arrival greeted us with a sign with our names ( made very easy) on time picking us up :) having our own private transport with a/c was incredibly nice:)

Both of our drivers were very professional and friendly. Both were there waiting for us already for the pickup and drop off times. We didn’t find them right away when we arrived at the airport but a quick question to one of the other transport companies asking where ours was and we were swiftly guided straight to our driver. Good price and nice to have the whole van to ourselves. Would use the company again.

They were very responsive and contacted us day before pick up and we’re waiting at the airport on our arrival. Drop off was also very smooth. Punctual on pickup and drop off timings. Drivers were very nice too .
