The actual tours and tour area were great and everyone had a blast! They picked us up from hotel and took us back, included in the price. All guidelines were followed for health/safety/social distancing (5 stars). There was conflicting info and communication (brings it down to 3 stars). I average out the stars to 4.

- This was booked for 1 adult and 1 youth (12yo), and we were told by Viator that they didn't have an option for youth prices, but they assured me they contacted the Tour Operator and our fee would be adjusted when we arrived to the lesser youth rate. Upon arrival, I was told by the Tour Operator that he had no way of adjusting Viator's prices that they set their prices and there was nothing he could do.
- Due to an injury, I was booked as a spectator and received an email that I could spectate, but would have to pay $20 park entry fee and wait near boutiques/eateries while I watch the trails. Upon arrival, we find there is no 'park', there is no way to watch the trails (the upper level deck is under renovation indefinitely), and there were no boutiques (one concession type place, a store for their merchandise, a fast food place that opened for lunch and free tequila tasting).
- Phones/cameras were not allowed, as they had their own 'paparazzi' (who wanted us to pay $120+ for a few of their pictures, or $20 for just 1 picture). They offered to discount down to $100, but we didn't feel like it was a good value (another tour gave us 38 amazing shots for $50).
