I made a reservation for the SATC tour (and my credit card was charged.) Showed up at the meeting spot 10 mins early and waited for 40 mins and the tour operator never showed. I attempted to contact the tour operator twice and I had two conversations with Viator Support who wasn't able to explain why the tour operator took my money but never showed.
And now you send me a request to rate your service? Terrible! This totally screwed up my day plans in NYC and I ended up spending an additional $120 to book a last-minute tour of Central Park.
This is why you received a TERRIBLE rating. I've always enjoyed Viator tours and specifically chose Viator but that may change in the future.

Lou, our guide was fantastic. Very informative and engaging. Loved it. Loved going around and seeing all the different locations and spots from the show and the movies

This was a fun tour. Learned a lot about the show and the characters. The woman who did the tour was so funny. Highly recommend 10/10.

1st the departure near the Plaza Hotel was postphoned from 1400 to 1500, finally we waited together with some fellow bookers but have never been picked up. We called the tour operator Location Tours, Inc but they said we missed the tour. They will not offer any refund at. As we booked and paid via Tripadvisor it seems that we wasted USD 300,-

The operator either left without a large number of members on the tour, or didn’t show up. Myself and a group of other women were left in the rain at the time we were supposed to be picked up for the tour. Members of the group had been at the exact tour location twenty minutes before the specified pick up. I contacted the agency and received no response. Another patron called the tour agency, and the operator completely denied any responsibility. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No refund was offered, nor any apology. Do not book this tour.

Our tour guide (Hannah) was fabulous- she made it so much fun and brought the tour to life with her facts and humour!

This was amazing a must do.. was exhausted the day we did it.. min I got into the bus Hanna had me pulled in and awake straight away.. this was def one of the highlights for us.. cosmos in Steve’s bar was one of our highlights from nyc.. hanna was an amazing tour guide probably the best I ever had.. the company is lucky to have her.. think hanna is destined for greater things.. but loved her company.. loved the tour..
