Pepe was our guide. He was on time, friendly and explained everything. He had a lot of knowledge about the sights we could see from the Eiffel tower and gave the right amount of explanations (not too much, not too less). It was the best tour we've ever had in our entire live. We would defenetly do another Tour with him.

This package is a waste of money. The guide barely spoke a word to us. We travelled with him through security, up the lift and when we got to level two he gave us some information about the Eiffel Tower and asked the group a few questions which in total took about 5 minutes. After that we were told to explore by ourselves and that was the end of the tour!

Couldn’t locate the guide, there was no contact number to ring to try and locate the guide. Ended up missing my tour and had to pay again. Very disappointed

We planned the trip to the eiffeltower, it was raining cats and dogs it was really stormy ... nevertheless our guide was motivated and very friendly to tell us the story about the eiffeltower which was very interesting, sadly the summit was closed to bad weather conditions ... but in all it was a great experience and the guide made it happen ! Thanks Sylvia !

We met our tour guide Pepe at the exact location and time as promised. Pepe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time with him and we'll do it again.

Pepe was our instructor and he explained us everything about Paris and its surroundings. Also, he speaks Portuguese that is my language too.
