First, the positive. The van is super comfortable and clean. The driver is fantastic too. The temples are must-sees as well.
What ruined my tour is the guide, a gentleman named Sammy. He was more interested making money than providing a service. At the Edfu temple, he talked for only about 10 minutes and left us high and dry. For several important rooms, we had to listen to the guides of different tours. I had several tours with Emo, this tour guide is the worst.

A great 2 days in Aswan, Komombo, and Edfu with Emo Tours and our guide Samir Gaber! Tours were on time, vehicle was clean, drivers were safe, and guide and driver responded to customer feedback on improvements.
Appreciated Samir’s willingness to share great local Aswan food and drinks throughout the trip. He always made our family of 4 comfortable and worked hard to make the trip memorable! Thank you!

I had a wonderful day with the very knowledgeable and calm tour quide Mariam L and the very alert and energetic Driver Ahmed F.
They made everything so smooth for me and were great company.
I highly recommend this team for anyone wanting a fun relaxing tour where everything is taken care of efficiently .
I also did kom obo and edfu the previous day with these guys which
was another great tour . 👌

It was our second experience withe the driver and we confirm he is a very kind and reliable person. Unfortunately our guide for the temp le was very poor. The feeling was that there was a lack of willing to share information and maybe a lack of preparation

The driver was on time to pick ua up from Aswan Airport and the car was nice and clean.
However, the driver was not speaking english which made it very complicated to communicate.
He was nice and friendly, but we did feel that everytime we were buying snacks or drinks, we were paying far more that tourist price.
Tour guides met us on site and were on time and knowledgeable.
We booked the tour with the lunch included (an additional 20USD for two people), but the place we were taken to was really bad - we did not have a choice of the food we were eating, it was tasteless and the place was not clean. The lunch cannot have costed more than 2USD per person.
We did not finish our lunch, and had to buy our own meal once we reached out hotel.
We reached out to Emo Tours to let them know about the situation who offered 50% of the meal refund and did not have a word of apologies or regrets.
I would not recommend to book with this company, as we did not feel they were professional.

Great experience, we decided not to do the typical Nile cruise, and thus enjoy the cities of Luxor and Aswan more. This tour helped us to move from one city to another without missing the visit to the wonderful temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu. We had 2 different guides in each temple, the 2 were called Mahmud, the 2 great professionals and with great knowledge of the temples, but especially the Edfu guide Mahmud was a wonderful person, with a big heart and it shows that he loves his job.

We loved this tour! It was well-organized and informative, with an exceptional guide and driver who spoke excellent English. Unlike other tours I've taken in Egypt, this one respected my preferences and interests, without pushing me to spend more money. Highly recommended!

In Aswan, I did 2 tours with Emo. On Saturday 11.02, I did the private tour to Abu Simbel with departure from my hotel in Aswan. My guide Samir Gaber arrived ahead of time into the hotel, and I was immediately impressed with his punctuality. He welcome me warmly and we proceeded to the car where I met the driver called Shico.
We left Aswan at 04:00am. On the way, Samir explained the details and history of both temples in Abu Simbel to me. His English is excellent and he accompanied his explanations with photos and self drawn maps, which helped me to know exactly where and what the carvings and hyrogliphics actually mean. This was a huge help and I was able to bring the map with me into the temples. We had a toilet break en route and had a coffee and Samir and Shico took some amazing photos of me with the sunrise over the desert. Again in Abu Simbel, Samir too so many awesome photos and we were amongst the first to arrive in Abu Simbel beating all the buses and coaches. This meant that I could take photos in the Temples alone with nobody else and Samir was my photographer!! Once I finished both Temples, I took some more pics of Lake Nasser and Samir had called a restaurant in Abu Simbel to prepare a lunch box for me ro eat in the car on the way back to Aswan. This was easily the best food I ate during my 2 weeks in Egypt. The food was so good. Samir was able to answer all my questions / he is a background in Egyptology and is passionate and Knowledgeable. I learned so much just from listening to him speak. I had a free day on Sunday 12.02, Samir was suggested visiting Kom Ombo and Edfu, and he arranged this private trip for me within 30 minutes. I had it booked and it was seamless and he made sure that I had the same driver Shico for that trip. Shico is a very safe and professional driver and the vehicle is extremely comfortable and spacious. Samir even drew some maps and tips and advice for me for the next tour in Kom Ombo and Edfu. His professionalism and care are just simply incredible. He cares for his clients. He wants you to be happy and to have the best time. On Sunday, Shico drove me from Aswan to Kom Ombo, Edfu and back to Aswan Airport. En route, he bought me coffee, sugar can juice and offered me a sandwich and lunch. I was not rushed and felt that I had enough time there in each temple to discover the sites. Shico is a very kind and friendly guy. We talked more and more and I felt that at the end of tour he was like a friend. Before he left me at the airport, we stopped for a coffee and hibiscus tea in Aswan to catch the sunset in the Nile. I had the best 2 days in Egypt with Samir and Shico. They are 2 very kind guys and Emo Tours are lucky to have such professional guide and driver. I would never hesitate to use their service again in the future and I would love to meet Samir and Shico again one day in Egypt when I return, inshallah.
