We loved the Empire State Building experience! It was a lot of fun and there's a lot to see. My family enjoyed the displays and exhibits, the large screens of movie stars that have been there and the elevator ride with the live screen above. The view of New York once on top is spectacular!

Found this excellent. This was my first visit and my partner came about 15 years ago so was great to hear about the changes. Firstly the staff are excellent, professional and friendly. The pictures tell a real story, loved the art work and the interactive elements are fun and superbly done. We spent around 45 minutes in this section. We're had a very clear day so the views are excellent when you get to the 86th floor. It is busy and you have to take turns in trying to get your pictures but that is too be expected. Worth a visit

A very old monument but still has its charm. The sunset views are phenomenal. A bit crowded in the evening but well managed.

Excellent location excellent building very very historic! Was very excited to be visiting the ESB. Unfortunately the whole experience was tainted by the staff. I don’t respond well to being barked at with orders. Simple as.

We make a dream come true! It was amazing! Beautiful landscapes, comfortable boat. The only thing missing was that the guide also spoke Spanish or Portuguese.

Was not completely satisfied
I paid for our group to go up to 102 and no one told us that we would not have a clear view, the visibility was horrible, we couldn't see the city like we would have wanted to!
When I tried to get compensated for a partial reimbursement the employee was not having it and was totally rude!
Poor experience for us Washington state visitors!!!!

Great updates and upgrades since our last visit in 2006. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The addition of the 102nd floor view is worth it for the unobstructed floor to ceiling 360 degree views it provides.

I didn't receive my tickets in my email and so we a party of 9 had hard time getting into the building. To make things worse, my card was charged twice. I am now trying to get a refund. Very bad experience.
