The theme is “Japanese Food” and “Experience”.
More than 12,000 people have joined our cooking class.
There are many various type of sushi in Japan.
In this class, you can learn how to make Maki Sushi (Roll Sushi) and Nigiri Sushi.
Nigiri Sushi is the most popular sushi in Japan and it’s origin of sushi.
It’s a standard sushi style in Japan!
Maki sushi(Roll Sushi) is a type of sushi where ingredients are rolled by rice, and it is popular all over the world.
If you practice a lot, you can become a Sushi master!
Our cooking class is located in Asakusa.
Asakusa is a famous and popular tourist city in Tokyo!
Because Asakusa has a lot of history and culture even in Tokyo,
so everyone want to visit it at least once.

Amazing location, space, view, food, drinks, and staff - everything was absolutely perfect!
Very good quality ingredients, and I learned a lot about sushi as well as how to make it! My mother enjoyed a flight of various sake that paired well with our meal and taught us more about it. I even invented my own kind of sushi!
If I come back to Japan, I’d love to visit Washoku again!

Great activity for a date night or with family. The host was a lot of fun! They were great teaching history of sushi and how to make. Option to buy additional drinks and saki if you like.

It was easy and fun to make and eat sushi! The staff were all friendly as well. I would recommend it for the chill experience.

Hayato was an amazing host and instructor. We learned history of sushi. We made nigiri and maki. The ingredients were so fresh. Fantastic experience. All staff were so helpful and kind. Beautiful location overlooking the Sumida River. Highly recommend.

Yui was our sushi making teacher and was so patient and fun! Class was small and intimate and was able to learn how to make nigiri and maki rolls. Would highly recommend when in Tokyo!
