We were not given access to the towers which was the main component of the tour. I'd like a partial refund.

We had an excellent tour guide. The church is amazing. We did take the elevator to the tower for incredible views. The walk down wasn’t too difficult. My only complaint was that I expected an English only tour and ended up with a dual language tour.

The office staff were abrupt and unhelpful. The guide was awesome! Very knowledgeable and tried his hardest to explain the concept and thinking of a building which has been developing over many years

Seing something that I thought was amazing - so different, at times strange and unique from the outside, but much more contemporary but still sensational on the inside and the stained glass windows and the light effects they created weee really amazing..
Really enjoyed seeing this cathedral.

We liked coming early to get in before the crowds of people. We also went up the tower. We definitely want to go again when the place is finished.

Beware: Tour was great, guide was informative and friendly. However, the day we went to visit tower access was closed due to rain. The tour guide mentioned that the booking agent would refund the tower acces portion of the tickets; however after contacting Viator, the said refunds were not possible, even though tower access was cancled by the site at mo fualt of the tourist. The way the tour guide mentioned it, it sounds like tower access is routinely shutdown for rain or strong winds, so be advised tower access is a gamble. I'm not sure if the guide was missinforned or maybe Viator is tbe only booking agents that doesn't offer partial refunds. Reviews I've seen posted on Viator appear to cofirm this. Either way you might be paying for services not fulfilled through no fualt of your own.

Our tour guide, Oliver, was great and accommodating! The Sagrada familia was an enormous interesting church. Unfortunately Viator allowed me to book tower access when it was unavailable for that day. I am still awaiting a refund. But Oliver was excellent.

The Sagrada is an astonishing place to visit and it would be very easy to miss a lot of important information simply by being overwhelmed by the extraordinary architecture. However, having a knowledgeable guide like Oliver meant we were able to get the best out of our visit.
