Easy to find our ride from hotel to airport
Easy to book transport through Viator. Driver had a tablet with my name on it, so it was very easy to spot. He was 15 minutes early. Very non eventful trip to the airport. Would use them again.

From the moment I booked my ride the company kept in contact with me I never felt alone or just another body/fare. A company rep met me after I cleared custom and it was easy peasy after that point; The driver explained how long the trip would be and pointed out things of interest. I was offered the possibly of touring the country and area of interest. A day before my trip came to an end, I was contacted by the company and we sat up my pick up time. I was taken to the airport the ride was most excellent. I highly recommend the company.

The folks at Punta Cana Transfer took great care of us during our first trip to the Dominican Republic. They met us at the airport with my name on an east to see tablet, and promptly shuttled us to the hotel.
The return was equally as efficient. We used WhatsApp to message them a couple times, confirming times and also to arrange a zip line / ATV activity. We always received responses in just a few minutes. Highly recommended.
