The service is very bad as the bus is large and can accommodate around 24 people. The driver goes to all the hotels and then, as there is no fixed route, the transfer time is endless. In my case it was 1 hour and 50 minutes because the driver got lost many times on the way.
It's not worth the difference in price for a private transfer if there are 2 or 3 people together.

I hired this company for a round trip shuttle from El Calafate airport. After it's too late to cancel, they inform me that they can't drop off at an AirBnB. Then, they lose my return trip, even though I was charged double the rate of a one way trip. Can't speak to their tours, but avoid this company for shuttle service.

The service is very good ! They waited for me at the airport and took me very comfortably to the hotel! All coordinated with prior message! Except on the way back they picked us up many hours before and I was at the airport for 4 hours, with my disabled father waiting and I complained at the time and not only that they didn't attend to me, but that they didn't give me an answer! But well the rest is fine...
