Auschwitz-Birkenau former German Nazi concentration and extermination camp. The concentration camp in Auschwitz-Birkenau was the largest of the German Nazi concentration and extermination centers. Over 1,1 million men, women and children lost their lives there. The camp is entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List (1979). During the visit you will see in what conditions the prisoners were made to live, how their slave labor day looked like. Thanks to the museum created on the premises every visitor can feel how many people lost their lives here.

I would highly recommend Cracow Private Tour, as a service they were brilliant. Greg was extremely helpful and managed to book me & my girlfriend for the tour the day before! Matt arrived in the 7 seater bang on time to collect us, with air con and the works, plus a stop off to the shop before the tour to line your stomach.
The tour itself was great and well worth it!
Look no further than Cracow Private Tours, honestly, they were so efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book a tour with them again.

Greg was brilliant as an organiser for our trip to Auschwitz. He collected us from our hotel, arranged the tickets and reminded us about needing ID. He then sent us a link to our pickup point and was waiting for us promptly. What a friendly, informative and genuine chap. It was a boiling hot day, and he had water waiting for us in the car - a really thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated. We also booked him for a tour of the salt mines. Would definitely recommend him. Auschwitz was so moving, it was quite harrowing in parts, but I feel, a 'must see' place to visit. The tour guide was very informative and well worth it.

A very humbling experience, I strongly believe everyone should make the effort to do this tour if they possibly can.
In addition, Greg our tour guide and Chauffeur was exceptional! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough, he was friendly, helpful, on time and was happy to go above and beyond for you. I used him for the rest of our stay including for the airport shuttle upon our return.
Definitely use Greg and this service whenever you are in Krakow.

Greg was our driver for a day trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Super friendly man and very knowledgeable about the city. As we drove around to pick up other guests he pointed out interesting places to visit and had plenty of recommendations.
We can’t wait to come back next year and will definitely organise a trip with Greg again!
