Paris Tour with Lunch at the Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise

We were very disappointed with our bus tour. There was no narration of city sites in Paris and we were only given a very primitive map of our route. Viator usually provides a very good tour and this one was extremely disappointing as it was our first time visiting Paris.

Using Viator to “skip” the long lines to get into the Eiffel Tower was perfect. Lunch was excellent. The Seine River cruise not so perfect lots of people and lots of confusion

We had an amazing time, complete with plenty of photo ops and an amazing lunch of white asparagus, French octopus, and a yummy dessert. I’ve done this 3 times with a different delicious menu each time.

All the waiting time in line ups for Lunch Bus Tour and Seine boat cruise.
We missed seeing 2 places of interest due to traffic at rush hour as the driver and guide were on a tight scheduler

Took the tour mainly for the tour of London and lunch at the Eiffel Tower. We got a short boat ride and lunch and the were told the bus tour of Paris was cancelled. We were told there was heavy traffic due to a farmers strike and to ask Viator for a refund. It was the chance to see all the cool stuff from the bus the got me to book in the first place.
We got a refund for two people totalling $39. Thanks Viator.

We really enjoyed the lunch at the Eiffel Tower with great service and good food! The bus tour provided an easy way to see a lot of sites in a short period of time.

This was a bad experience. When we arrived, we were told that the river tour portion was cancelled. They gave no explanation why. The weather was fine, so I can only assume it was an error on their part. Then, the audio was not working on the bus. So, we drove around and saw sights, but were given no information about Paris by the guide. I requested a 50% refund from Viator but have not heard back almost a month later. Do not waste your money on this one.

Only rated a 4 because the tour company had the meeting time wrong on our confirmation. Well worth the wait. Excellent tour for the money and a great way to take in a lot of Paris in a short time.

Would have given a zero . The tour guide did not show . There were over 12 people eating . It took over 30 minutes to get through to the tour company to find out what happened after another 30 minutes we were informed the tour was cancelled

We were doing a day in Paris arriving on the Eurostar from London. The train arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late, hence we were very late for our tour start. We reached out to the Operators and they advised that we should just try and get there as soon as possible. We were about 1 hour and 30 minutes late and the Guide was there waiting in the pouring rain. We were very impress with this and appreciative. The Tour would have been splendid if not for the all day rain which ruined it. It started with a lunch at the Eiffel Tower, Bus Tour (visibility was poor because of the rain) and ended with a River Cruise. Good Value for Money except spoiled by the rain.
