Guide was very knowledgeable. She knew a lot about every piece of art. Going in a guided tour definitely saved us a lot of time skipping the line.

This was our worst experience ever. We have booked several tours from Viator before, but never had this issue. We got to our meeting point 5 minutes late due to rain, heavy traffic, and road closures due to ongoing construction for the Olympics. The outsourced tour company ( Paris Vision) made no attempt to contact us. When we got there, the guy was not helpful at all and did not even attempt to contact the tour guide to see if they had even entered the Louvre yet or not as there were a lot of people there. We even offered to buy general admission tickets again and to have us connect with the guide once we get in but to no avail. We spent over $350 for 4 of us on this tour and were not even able to get a partial refund. We were traveling with another family of four and they spent the same amount of money for their tickets. Stay away from this tour company, Paris Vision, it ruined our whole day and wasted a lot of time.

I would NEVER recommend this tour. I was extremely disappointed in this tour. A family in our group split and the tour person waited almost an hour for them to find their other members. Which they never found. In the meantime our whole group waited downstairs and did not view anything. After 60 minutes we made it up an escalator to finally see some art and she was contacted to add additional people to our group that were late. So we waited another 10 minutes for them. It was at 70 minutes of NOTHING my husband and I were so frustrated we left the tour and walked the museum ourselves. BIGGEST waste of time and money. I honestly feel we should be refunded our money.

The tour guide did get best to get us to the highlights in the time that we had. I'm sure someone could spend 3 days looking at all the art work. I would recommend this if you don't have a lot of time and don't know where to start

Our tour guide, Leila, was knowledgeable and very firm with the members of the group in order to keep everyone together and to get through the very busy location on schedule. She had a good sense of humor and shared informative insights into the highlights we saw on the tour. The group did NOT meet at the location specified. Instead of meeting on the right side of the Arc while facing the Louvre, the check in was on the left. This is a somewhat large area with many different groups meeting, so this inaccuracy was significant. The group size (our group had 24 people) was entirely too large for such a busy place. The audio headsets cut out frequently. It was impossible to ask any questions. We were unable to even see our guide for over half of the tour. Being able to stay at the Louvre to explore on our own after the tour was the best thing about this tour. To reiterate, our guide was very good and she is the only reason I give this tour 3 stars. Without her, it would probably be a 1 star tour. The things that need improving were beyond her control. The company needs to be more specific with their meeting instructions and set smaller group sizes to justify the expense.

Just what I was looking for. Skip the line straight to the Mona Lisa. Got to the front took some pictures and got to tour the rest on our own.

This event did not happen because no one was there to meet us. The voucher exchange meeting place did not exist. The meeting place for the tour was also empty of any tour groups. We ended up buying tickets inside the Museum.
