they never turned up and we were left at the pickup point waiting, these people should not be allowed to advertise trips they are not willing to honor.

We thought this little tour was exceptional. The driver was so friendly and accommodating. The bus was great (a bit bumpy on some of the smaller cobbled streets) but that is not the fault of the bus or the driver ! The girl in the video is slightly annoying but there is some useful information and it is told to you just before getting to the specific locations. The bus was spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable ride. Awesome live screen to see things in real time. Seek much of areas we wanted to visit the following days.
A must part of your visit.

We wanted something small, so skipped the bigger hop-on bus tours which also had bad reviews. The Smart Sightseeing was great, only a few other people on our tour. We were thankful for the closed glass top when it rained! Short, sweet, fun multimedia. I recommend bringing your own headsets. The disposable ones aren't comfortable.

Lisbon was wonderful. We used the Hop-on-hop off bus. I would definitely recommend it as it gave us a good overview of what Lisbon offered. Since we were living in Cascais, we use to travel in to Lisbon on the train, which was convenient and very inexpensive. Would recommend taking a 3 day Hop-on-hop-off bus pass as it gives you the opportunity to see the city better.

The most amazing tour I have ever taken!. The information was presented clearly and in such an entertaining manner that I wish I had taken the tour on my first day rather than my next to last. The large screen tv gave me an incredible view of what was ahead and the all window bus was great. The driving was smooth and comfortable. Great! Great! Great!

This short tour in a small bus proved to be an excellent introduction to Lisbon. The small vehicle could get to lots of places the larger buses simply could not reach and enabled us to see many neighbourhoods we would otherwise have missed. My elderly father could not have climbed all of those hills, so we would have missed out on a lot.

The bus is great if you’re about comfort and can excuse the downsides for your photography.
We chose this sightseeing bus to avoid the sun. The panorama windows filter out sunlight and the bus is air conditioned.
You listen to a video guide that’s available in many languages and plays for 1.5 minute-long segments every 4 minutes. The videos are brilliantly animated and music plays throughout the ride that really enhances the atmosphere.
We were the only people in the bus, which I think is a shame because it’s superior to other bus tours, which cost about the same.
CONS:
The windows are tinted which can show on photos and you have to photograph around the pillars of the windows and have to hold the camera close to the glass to eliminate reflections. 2 photos from my tour turned out well and the rest looks like my grandma took them. An open-roofed bus would be better in this regard.
One of our headphones didn’t work in the left ear and one of four display that we tested couldn’t tilt, but these only showed the language selection and tour route, the videos were played on the big display for everyone in the bus.
PS: The best pictures were taken to the rear, which is only possible if you sit in the last row.

AC did not work. Glass roof and sides made for an inferno inside. Do not take on a warm day. Drank all of my water and thought about asking to be let off early but didn't have an easy way to talk to driver. Was relieved to get out when the outside was over 90 degrees don't want to even guess how hot the interior got.

Nice tour of central Lisbon. Nice vehicle with high visibility and air conditioning which really made a difference on a hot day in Lisbon.
