1. Hampton Court Palace
Step back in time to 16 th century Tudor England and be immersed in a place steeped in the history and drama of Kings and Queens, Hampton Court Palace. From the beguiling tales of the legendary Henry VIII and his many wives to the unusual joint rulership of William III and Mary II. A fun, friendly and knowledgable guide will welcome you for a 2 hour experience introducing you to the extraordinary palace and fascinating insights into the lives of the Royalty that lived at Hampton Court. We will then experience the full splendor of Afternoon Tea whilst discussing facts about our Royal family and the intriguing history behind our national drink as well as the ceremony of afternoon tea.
2. Hampton Court Park
You will then be free to explore Hampton Court Palace’s outdoor spaces and 60 acres of magnificent gardens as well as have full access to the palace for the remainder of the day. This experience is the perfect blend of a guided tour with refreshments and independent discovery.
3. Hampton Court Palace
We will then experience the full splendor of Afternoon Tea whilst discussing facts about our Royal family and the intriguing history behind our national drink as well as the ceremony of afternoon tea.
4. Hampton Court Palace
your guide will introduce you to the history of Cardinal Wolsey’s creation which he gifted to Henry in 1528. We will stroll through the courtyards that were witness to great events. Passing under Ann Boleyn’s Gatehouse where she lived before she was executed, we will see the magnificent baroque palace, Fountain Court, created by Sir Christopher Wren for William III and Mary II. Our tour continues to the restored sunken gardens and then onto the vast Tudor kitchens of Henry’s creation. Finally, we will make our way to the Tiltyard (originally for jousting) for a mouthwatering Afternoon Tea. You will then be free to explore Hampton Court Palace’s outdoor spaces and 60 acres of magnificent gardens as well as have full access to the palace for the remainder of the day. This experience is the perfect blend of a guided tour with refreshments and independent discovery.

The site was absolutely amazing!
We got there expecting to be with a group but to our surprise and delight it ended up being just the 2 of us with Julie.
Our guide Julie was super informative. Had a lot of information about the various aspects of the palace as well as the lives of the people who lived there. Gardens were stunning.
Only negative I would have to say is that was a bit short but a good advantage is our booking allowed us to go back and have another look at things at our leisure.
Julie is very knowledgeable and generous in her sharing! Highly recommend .

The castle was amazing; our guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Learning the history again helps it sink in.
The tea was very nice.
We came back to see more of the gardens so it was nice to have a full day ticket.

Our tour guide was fantastic and apparently used to work there in the past which I feel added to his knowledge base. He took us to see everything we wanted and knew so many things about what we were looking at. It was fantastic. It was really a wonderful day. The afternoon tea that we did after was also very nice. Food was excellent, and the service was great.

Grialtin was our wonderful tour guide. He met us promptly at Hampton Court train station. A small group tour. He is a walking encyclopedia of monarch history and we learned so much about Hampton Court, Henry VIII and other monarchs who made Hampton Court Palace their home over the centuries. Highly recommend. After the tour, we enjoyed High Tea at a nearby gorgeous hotel. Our tour guide joined us for part of the time. We also had coffee at the cute coffee house right across from the train station -- Canala. Also recommend.

Fabulous tour. Guide, Geraint very knowledgeable on the history of the palace architecture and royal families who lived there. Never felt rushed at any time during the tour. Afternoon Tea experience was fantastic/ ended the day on a high note and provided time to reflect on the whole experience!
