This experience was excellent from start to finish. It was efficient and well explained right from the start. You could choose what time you want to leave, and the bags were collected at the same time as the bikes were dropped off.
Hai was amazing - so friendly and explained everything really well. He explained the best route and the best things to see along the way (and even sent us all the directions on a pre-made Google map) for us to follow. He explained the bikes thoroughly so we were confident riding and the bikes and helmet were modern and great quality. The drive was lovely and we had a great day. The staff that met us at the shop in Hoi An were also really friendly and efficient. Can’t recommend highly enough, thank you!

We were unsure if we wanted to drive because of our skills and the weather. But the guy that helped us was super reliable and we really felt like we could trust him. So the next day we drove our self and it went super well. The scooter was also really well maintained and worked great.
We are so happy with our experience and the help from Motorvina. Cool experience and great service.

Everything worked out smoothly! We rented a moped from Hoi An to Hue and once did a day tour in Hue. Hai gave us great advice and tips for the route!

Excellent service. They droop off the scooter and helmets at our accommodation. They also collected and delivered our bags and took special care of our bags which contained laptops.
The bike was the best one we’ve rented in the two months we’ve been travelling SE Asia.
