The Paris layover your was a great experience. Fadi was an excellent tour guide and even gave us an umbrella for the rainy day. And we enjoyed seeing the Christmas lights all over town. The communication and pickup at the airport was easy and stress-free. We enjoyed our tour and the service.

Unfortunately the review only allows you to give five stars when we had a ten star experience! Our guide was a gentleman named FADI and he was/is EXCELLENT!! From pick to drop off our experience and FADI were phenomenal. His knowledge of the sights, the neighborhoods and extensive answers to every one of our questions is beyond compare. His personality was everything! He is the type of guide you want to have drinks with and probably end up as lifelong friends. My experience with booking, receiving info on pickup and drop off was very very smooth as well. I will definitely recommend AND use Viator again. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to request FADI for a stellar experience and all of the best picture taking locations and eateries - you will feel like you’re with a trusted family friend ❤️

Fadi was an exceptional guide. Not only did he have an extensive amount of knowledge about Paris but he also was very understanding and accommodating to our group. Fadi made sure we saw all the spots and heightened our curiosity for visiting Paris in the future. Thank you Fadi for going above and beyond to ensure we had a great day in Paris!!! Merci beaucoup! Had a great Paris layover tour booked via Viator. Our flight was delayed departing by 2.5 hours or so, I reached out to Maya via WhatsApp, she advised Fadi right away & he reassured me that he is aware of the changes & will delay his pick up time accordingly.
He used the time wisely to take me to all the famous tourist spots & dropped me off to the airport at a reasonable time. I highly recommend visitors specially female solo visitors to ask for Fadi as he is very dependable.

Recently experienced the Paris Layover Tour with AskMaya. Husband and I had a 10 hour layover in Paris before our final destination to Rome. What a perfect set up they created! Maya was in communication (in English) with us prior to leaving the US through WhatsApp which was extremely useful and reassuring. I’m the type of person that needs confirmation and I had no doubts whatsoever when we landed in Paris. Our flight was delayed by an hour but I was able to let Maya know prior to arriving in Paris. One concern I had was our carry on luggage as we had planned on taking it with us on the tour. No problem at all as we were able to store them in the trunk of the vehicle.
Our tour guide/driver, Fadi, was an absolute joy to be around! Aside from being historically knowledgeable, he is super friendly and personable and made us feel comfortable and safe from the very beginning. We appreciated his patience with us never rushing us as we enjoyed each sight. He even got some amazing photos of us at all the right spots. We were also amazed at his driving and parking skills especially in a bustling city like Paris!
It ended up being such a beautiful day thanks to Fadi and company! We will treasure this short-lived but unforgettable time we had in Paris forever. If we return again, will not hesitate to hire them again. Will also request Fadi as he was one of the best tour guides we ever had. Perfect stars all around!!

Alain was a great tour guide. He showed us all the famous places in Paris. Pick up and drop off was included and Alain was very timely. Everything was well organized and he was very well educated about the history of Paris. Over all it was honestly a great experience and I would definitely do it again if I had the chance.
