Kamil was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable about the Madona, Pope John Paul II, and life in Poland in general. We took this all day tour just before Easter which was a perfect time. Highly recommended to those who love history and want to celebrate their faith.

Tour delivers you from your hotel to both locations with tickets to the John Paul home (1st stop) with audio guide and in Czestochowa we got a Sister as our English guide, who brought to life the whole experience of visiting the Black Madonna. The Black Madonna is veiled between 12pm-1330, with unveiling at 1330 with mass at that time. The total road journey was very long due to the distances and major road works at the time. You need to pack lunch, and eat in the van to maximise time at the locations and return to Krakow in reasonable time (our tour lasted 11hours). There were only two of us in a comfortable 8 seater.

This sanctuary of the holy icon of the Black Madonna is a must see in Poland! The adjoining Basilica is one of the most beautiful as well! Kamil our guide was so kind and very knowledgeable of our Catholic faith as well as the history. He should be your first choice if you decide to select this tour. In addition, Pope John Paul II museum and church of baptism crystallized all the good he did as holy man dedicated to his mission. You won’t be disappointed!!

It was an EXCELLENT service. Paul is a kind person, very professional and helpful. For a tour for these two places of faith it's quite important to go with someone with a profound faith, that knows about the places and it's history. Paul is the guy for that! If your considering these destinations, this is the best choice.

I highly recommend this personalized excursion and my guide! It was very moving to be in the childhood home of St John Paul II. He grew up next door to the church in which he was baptized, which I also visited. My tour guide Kamil was extremely knowledgeable about Poland and Catholicism, and showed me additional sights. He led me as we knelt at the chapel of Our Lady of Częstochowa and allowed me extra time to pray at my request. He also found a priest to bless the picture of Our Lady which I purchased at the gift shop there. I enjoyed viewing beautiful countryside and small towns along the way. Very happy I took this tour!
