The sign could have been a little larger as we initially couldn't see the driver. But he was lovely and very accommodating.

Our flight to Australia was cancelled and the only available flight left meant a 4.30am start for us. Kris happily changed his schedule to collect us and get us to the airport on time. His car was comfy and very nice, he's very friendly and I will definitely be using his services again when we come to NZ. Thanks again Kris!

Kris is awesome. He is very professional and personable. He was waiting for us as promised and delivered us to our hotel expeditiously. He also helped me when a friend needed last minute transportation in Auckland. Look no further than Black Car for your transportation needs.

Fabulous personal service from Kris who exceeded all of my expectations. I’m a chatty person and we talked about travel all the way to the airport, although I’m quite sure if I hadn’t wanted to talk Kris would have met that need too as he really made it feel as though it was all about me. I travelled in the Lexus and it was pure luxury with bottled water, lollies, tissues and a serviette. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kris and Black Car transfers and tours, his attention to detail and provision of a luxury experience for his guests is second to none.

The best transfer service, personalised from the day of the booking to meet and greet service and the top class onboard amenities of bottles of cold New Zealand artesian water, Wifi and the absolute best host Chris with his informative narrative of New Zealand. Highly recommend black car transfers

Our driver, Kris, was very excellent. He arrived half an hour earlier than expected just to be on time, helped with all the luggage, expertly navigated the streets of Auckland, drove smoothly, and most importantly was very friendly and entertaining. If you absolutely need to be pampered he also stocks his car with water for guests and provides complimentary (I believe, I didn't actually need it) WiFi. I would definitely recommend his services!

We had to book a group transfer from Auckland airport to Rotorua. Black car transfers did justice to the reviews that made us choosing them worth while, the onboard amenities and the constant update on New Zealand by the owner/ chauffeur made our transfer an enjoyable one. Will highly recommend their services.

Excellent service by Black Car Transfers & Tours!!! Kris Lal is the epitome of what anyone could ever want and more. Kris picked us up at the airport in a beautiful, immaculately clean car. Not only does he give excellent service but with a warm, kind, friendly experience he would give to his own family. We were in NZ when our cruise ship was cancelled and the ports were closed. Kris took care of us by giving us a short tour of Auckland and then getting us to the airport to return home to the USA I don't know what we would have done without him. And to add to that, he and his lovely wife even offered to put us up in their home if we could not get a flight home

We were leaving Auckland for a cruise and had a lot of luggage so we booked this company based on reviews Kris was terrific to work with. He suggested a larger car to accommodate all the items you need when you are traveling for three weeks. Highly responsive to our contact requests, on time, cold bottle of water waiting, excellent vehicles, great commentary on the way to our hotel. Well worth it. No hassle pick up in a foreign country is always a plus. Highly recommend.

When we arrived at Auckland airport recently, exhausted from the 16 hour flight, we were met by Kris Lal of Black Car Transfers. Having traveled all over the globe and ridden in zillions of airport transfers, we weren't expecting anything memorable. But Kris gave us a fantastic welcome and quick introduction to New Zealand that was far more than we've ever received anywhere else. The conversation was educational and insightful, learning much about New Zealand. The vehicle was comfortable. And the driving was professional. Had we known about Kris prior to landing, we would have booked him for several days of touring while in the Auckland area rather than committing to other excursions through our cruise company. Now that we've returned home, the hour we spent with Kris and the engaging conversation we shared remains one of the memorable aspects of our trip to New Zealand.
