The Museum of Ice Cream is a whimsical ride through the invention of ice cream. I can best describe this as an interactive surreal artistic experience woven into the history of ice cream which includes your 5 senses to be satisfied! EVERY staff member was having fun & was approachable. My Wife & I will be going back with everyone who visits with us in Manhattan! What a great time!!!!!! I’m 52 & this brought me back to when I was a kid in an ice cream shop! GO!!!!!!

This is not a museum. It is expensive and the “free” ice cream is terrible.
It cost more to get here than is to go to any real museum.

Very skimpy on actual ice cream. We only got a choice of 4 tiny ice creams (one was a vegan flavor, one was peppermint and the others were chocolatey). Lots of cute photo ops and fun for the kids for sure but we were pretty disappointed in the lack of ice cream for an ice cream museum. It was all you can eat but in tiny tiny kiddie cones. There were also 2 tiny popsicles and cotton candy.

Fun playplace for kids! Great color-themed ambiance. Wish there was better variety & flavors of ice-cream & frozen treats. It would be cool to try different ice-creams from around the world instead of just reading about it.

No toilet paper was available in the restroom. After endless lines and rooms that were too hot…this was an unenjoyable experience.
