Thema is simply a great guide. Three stops and three very different foods. Small group and a good mix made the evening even more fun.
My only complaint is that our tickets said Republic Tours while the tour was actually Tippsey Tours. Lead to confusion and we might have missed the tour because of it. If you are looking for your tour and the guide is holding up a sign for a different company do not be afraid to check with the guide and see if they have your reservation.

We tasted some incredible local cuisine and ate a delicious dinner!! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone (especially foodies) visiting Lisbon!
