Clean well appointed vehicle.
Driver went out of his way to find us as our baggage carousel was the opposite end of the terminal to the meeting point.
He was considerate and friendly.

It seems that it took more than 30 minutes because I didn't understand the placard at the meeting place. I was able to meet him after I called someone who spoke Japanese.

Driver was friendly and easy to work with, even though our flight was 2 hours late. He also gave us some information about Hong Kong on the way as it was my daughter’s first time here.

Driver was 1 hour late to pick us up , which was not expected . I though making arrangement in advance would avoid any delayed getting to our hotel , as our flight landed at 7pm and we were tired and hungry .

The driver was rude and very unfriendly. We clearly booked 6 passengers and 6 luggages but when we were greeted at the airport, he wasn’t happy and told us that it was too many people. We managed to get everyone and all the luggages on the mini bus but wasn’t happy with the driver altitudes. The return trip we booked Uber XL for 1/2 of the prices and a lot friendlier driver.
