I booked this private transport to make my kids feel special and the main reason I chose this transport was that drinks were included, including water and beer. I reached out beforehand to request sodas. Not only were there no sodas, there were no waters or beer either. I was very disappointed and feel defrauded too.

I paid for a private car. When I arrived, they "didn't have enough vehicles/drivers," so my options were to join a shared shuttle or wait an hour. I joined the shared shuttle but was not offered a refund or reimbursement for the inconvenience. The vehicle itself was barely holding together and there was no A/C so they had to leave the windows open. The next time I'm in Cabo I will be using a different service.

We arrived on time and there was a person waiting for us in the section they mentioned with our name. We were then asked to move so we can wait for our transportation. Victor Morgan who was in charge kept stating it would be another 15 minutes before our ride would arrive. After 1.5 hours of waiting in the sun with our granddaughter and family, broken promises, Victor stated we could cancel our reservation and call a taxi (he knew it would cost a lot more to do this).
After two hours of waiting, we hailed a taxi and Victor stated to call Aviator to request our refund.
It was the worst transportation experience here in Cabo. We’ve visited a handful of times and never had this problem.
I hope my refund request request at least goes smoothly.

Misleading advertisement. They show it as a private white suv with the description that they provide water and beer. They showed up in a run down van, no beer or water, also fit as many in the van as possible. I recommended to others in my family who had the same experience. One family members van broke down on the way to the resort and they had to wait on another to come get them.

Really bad way to start the vacation. Give me arrived, we were told to wait for 10 to 15 minutes before the vehicle arrives. After that time told to wait for 30 more minutes but they were still not sure they will be able to provide a transportation. Suggested we cancel and ask for refund. Ended up taking an Uber to hotel.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Imagine what $75.00 private car from airport to JW Marriott? Pretty sure what I describe here is NOT what you or anyone should expect. Here goes:
Waited 20 minutes to then be loaded into an old beat up Suburban which should not have been on the road. Wait, good news, we are taking you to a better car. The better car, appears better, but after loading luggage and making the switch the driver couldn’t get the car to go into drive. Back to the beat up suburban, and crossing fingers we are going to make it and not be kidnapped as they were taking our pictures without consent along the way. Sounds like a movie, but nope! When asking for a refund, asked why? Still not getting a response

This was definitely not what we signed up for. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our ride to show up, there were no refreshments or n the shuttle, and the driver took the long way through town (instead of D1) so that he could drop off some of his coworkers at different bus stops in town. We thought that we had paid for a private shuttle. We were wrong.
