1. Jardin Majorelle
The Majorelle Garden is a two and half acre botanical garden and artist's landscape garden in Marrakech, Morocco. It was created by the French Orientalist artist, Jacques Majorelle over almost forty years, starting in 1923, and features a Cubist villa designed by the French architect, Paul Sinoir in the 1930s. The property was the residence of the artist and his wife from 1923 until their divorce in the 1950s. In the 1980s, the property was purchased by the fashion designers, Yves Saint-Laurent and Pierre Bergé who worked to restore it. Today, the garden and villa complex is open to the public. The villa houses the Islamic Art Museum of Marrakech, the Berber Museum and has recently opened the Yves Saint Laurent Museum.
2. Koutoubia Mosque
The Koutoubia Mosque or Kutubiyya Mosque is the largest mosque in Marrakesh, Morocco. The mosque's name is also variably rendered as Jami' al-Kutubiyah, Kutubiya Mosque, Kutubiyyin Mosque, and Mosque of the Booksellers. It is located in the southwest medina quarter of Marrakesh, near the famous public Square of Jemaa el-Fna.[1] The mosque is ornamented with curved windows, a band of ceramic inlay, pointed merlons, and decorative arches; it has a large plaza with gardens and is floodlit at night. The minaret tower, 77 meters (253 ft) in height, includes a spire and orbs. It was completed under the reign of the Berber Almohad Caliph Yaqub al-Mansur (1184 to 1199) and inspired other buildings such as the Giralda of Seville and the Hassan Tower of Rabat, which was built in the same period. The mosque's minaret is considered an important landmark of Marrakesh.
3. Bab Agnaou
Bab Agnaou is one of the nineteen gates of Marrakesh, Morocco. It was built in the 12th century in the time of the Almohad dynasty. While Bab er Robb was the official entrance to the city, Bab Agnaou gives entrance to the royal kasbah in the southern part of the medina of Marrakech. The kasbah, built by the Almohad sultan Abu Yusuf Yaqub al-Mansur, is the site of El Mansouria (the kasbah mosque), the El Badi Palace and the Saadian Tombs.
4. Bahia Palace
The Bahia Palace is a palace and a set of gardens located in Marrakesh, Morocco. It was built in the late 19th century, intended to be the greatest palace of its time. The name means "brilliance". As in other buildings of the period in other countries, it was intended to capture the essence of the Islamic and Moroccan style. There is a 2-acre (8,000 m²) garden with rooms opening onto courtyards.

We booked a day trip from Casablanca to Marrakech medina guided tour. Mohamed the driver has picked us up from our hotel Four seasons in Casablanca at 8am. We were driven in a new and comfortbale Mercedes van 7 seaters and we were a family of 4. At our arrival Youness the tour guide greeted us and took us on an unforgettable tour in Medina of Marrakech. So beautiful exotic old town. Youness has answers to all our questions about morocco cultutre,history and customs. So interesting to understand the local daily life. We highely recommend these guys for everyone staying in Casablanca or Marrakech.
