A great small owner operated tour company. Prior to the trip communication was excellent with great details of what we were doing. Pick up at the port off the cruise ship was right on time . We made many stops and learned a lot about the history of the land and how geothermal energy works and it makes this tour incredible. We stopped to see waterfalls, hot springs local history. The bonus was a great ice cream stand and fish and chips. This was a no pressure tour and we went at our pace. Give him a try

The highlight was the Goddafoss falls. Lake Mývatn was nothing special. And there were a lot of bugs. We were a party of 4 and thought we were getting a van. Instead we got a taxi vehicle, a midsize SUV, which was a little tight in the back seat for 6 hours of travel. The tour guide was very nice gentleman, but only spoke broken English and hard understand.

Since this is a private tour we were able to adjust the schedule to our liking. Jonas was very knowledgeable and kept it interesting. The van was very comfortable which is a must in Iceland with most of the sights being outside the city.
