Escape the heat of the city and the busy Barcelona beaches to join a refreshing fun-filled marine biology excursion. Travel along the Costa Brava in the beautiful northern region of Catalonia for an exciting day of Kayaking and Snorkeling in the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.
Our Kayaking and Cave snorkeling tour is a 6 hour return day trip (approx 1 hour's drive per direction to/ from kayaking site). The trip includes transport to and from the Costa Brava where you will be fitted out with the kayak and snorkeling equipment, a picnic lunch and water on return to shore, allowing you some free time to chill out on the beautiful white sandy beach before heading back into the heart of Barcelona where you can enjoy a round of beers on us!

A great day trip from Barcelona! We had the best time kayaking and snorkeling. The bus was comfortable and easy to find the meeting point. All the tour guides were very kind & knowledgeable. Special shout out to our group leader Donny!

Left fairly on time to reach Costa Brava
Wetsuits, kayaks, snorkeling gear were provided and decent quality
Guides were super helpful
Turkey and vegetarian sandwiches were provided
Overall a fantastic experience

We should not have been out on the water in my opinion. The waves were way too choppy for novice kayakers. At one point we lost the people Infront of us and our guide behind us. This was not relaxing at all we were not able to enjoy ourselves at all. When we finally got to the cove areas it wasnt even worth snorkeling we were so tired from paddling the waves and trying not to tip. The snorkeling was poor nothing to see and the reef area was dead. Made for a nice break to catch our breath from the extreme kayaking. Instructor yelled at a pair of foreigners who got swept up in the waves and almost hit their heads against the rocky cliffs. Scary and stressful tour would not do again.

FANTASTIC TOUR! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have some FUN while in Barcelona! My tour guide for this tour was Gabriel! He was very attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived at the meeting point and the moment we got dropped off. This tour was one of the highlights of my Spain trip.
100% recommend to anyone!! You won't regret it!

Beautiful azure blue Mediterranean waters highlight this trip. However, this is NOT a “day at the beach”—it is a 2 1/2 to 3 sea kayaking trip. We are a bit older and did not anticipate the intensity of the kayaking and the athletic ability needed for this excursion. The guides Jose, Gabriel and Martin were outstanding with superior kayaking skills and lots of humor. Martin said to the group: We want you to all have fun today, let us (the 3 guides) take care of everything else. They were also personally helpful to my wife and I with the kayaking, “towing” us at one point!

Great team and very helpful. We weren't that experienced in handling the kayak but the guys helped us immediately after we capsized. Unfortunately we lost our water bottles. There were no replacements. It was a nice trip.
