The only thing memorable about this tour was our guide. We were collected from our hotel and driven to the beachfront where we were meant to meet our long boat. After waiting in a dingey little boat shed for half an hour in the heat we then had to wade into the water to get to the boat. Once we got to our location we were told to jump off and enjoy the snorkeling...... We asked for the snorkeling gear that was meant to be provided but neither our guide or skipper of the boat knew anything about this. We were offered 1 face mask which they found on the boat, to share at THB100. Our answer was no as the information about the tour stated all snorkeling gear to be provided and drinking water as well, which we were never given.
Lots of phone calls were made by our guide, she was very apologetic and tried very hard to fix it for us, she was not told what the tour entailed as she worked for another company and had been hired to run this one. Finally we were taken to an island close by where we got off the boat and snorkeled and had a lovely lunch. Our guide told us she paid for all of our equipment and that Viator were going to reimburse her - I doubt that would of happened. So VERY over priced, VERY unorganized, VERY frustrating, VERY disappointing and did I say VERY overpriced. Do not book through Viator as they are very unprofessional. I will never use them again.
