This was an awesome trip. Very laid back and relaxing. The off road adventure to some lesser know spots were just as awesome as Peek-A-Boo Canyon.
Dwayne, our guide, is a super chill, friendly local who has a deep love of nature and the land. He takes pride in showing off his home and favorite spots. Not to mention his photography skills: he took some wonderful pictures for us!
The canyon is another level of awe inspiring beauty. Pictures only grasp one of the senses, you really have to experience the smells, the textures, and the sounds inside the canyon. This trip delivered on so many levels.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. We enjoyed the Hummer ride to the Canyon and taking with our guide as he shared history of Kanab.

Ms cathy is the queen of kanab! Me and my wife brought our son and infant daughter and she was the best! Patient, kind, laid back, and soooo knowledgeable but not in an annoying way. Facts just keep coming at you as she drives, guides, and walks. Shes the best been doing it for longer than anyone! I highly recommend! She has all kind of secrets the others don't know, you will not be let down!

We spent the morning with Duane who showed us a little bit of the area where he has lived most of his life. The jeep tour was great. The wind and water swept passageways of Peek-a-Boo Canyon are awesome. The out of the way places, that only a local knows about, were priceless. They have great knowledge of a beautiful area and are well worth the price.

my wife and I thought that the sites and tour were incredible, but then that was the reason we came. The "wild card" is always the guide. Dwayne was the best in all aspects. Being a local personality he brought reality of local lore along with refreshing impressions and knowledge of the area. He quickly bonded with us and incorporated our interests into his presentation. His enthusiasm with the area was infectious as we experienced many things through his eyes. We saw what we anticipated we were to see and saw what we didn't know existed. We have been around internationally and domestically and worked with many guides. Dwayne is 5/5. Furthermore, Cathy was in regular communication with us to make sure we were on schedule and did not encounter and difficulties impacting our arrival. Cathy's equipment that we traveled in was clean and efficient and provided a relative level of physical comfort. In our opinion, unless you are a "serious, serial, hiker", this company is the way to go.

Road's End Slot Canyon Tours is THE tour company in Kanab to go with for an outstanding tour of Peekaboo Slot Canyon just a few miles outside of town. Unless you have a Jeep 4x4 or other deep sand rig and good directions, don't try this one on your own. Our guide, Dwayne, born and raised here, was excellent and Cathy, the owner was friendly and a great host. After a fun ride in which we saw mule deer and quite a few wild turkeys, we made it to Peekaboo where Dwayne showed us ancient corals and beautiful geological formations throughout the canyon. The hike itself was easy and the scenery stunning. Be sure to pack your camera and that's about all you'll actually need.

By far, our tour guide, Cathy, made our tour unforgettable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and went above a beyond to make our experience of Peekaboo Slot Canyon a morning we will never forget. She even took 50 stunning photos for us, so that my sister and I could be in a photo together for a change. I will DEFINITELY request Cathy for future tours! She was EXCEPTIONAL!!!
