Mike had contacted me when I changed my phone from airplane mode. It took about 20 minutes before he showed up meanwhile we stood out on the center island looking for him. He was very pleasant and courteous and got us to our destination quickly. I would definitely use his services again.

First, the good stuff: Our driver was great! He was waiting for us before we even landed. I had a text from him as soon as I turned on my phone after we landed. He was helpful and a safe driver.
Now the less good stuff: Don’t book your ride to the airport! Grab one of the many taxis waiting to take you to your resort/hotel. Why? Because Viator charges $110 for 2 people with luggage and that was the best/usual price I found when I was googling. However, the usual charge when you take a taxi from the airport to this resort is $12/person when there are 2 of you, plus $5-10 per luggage. It cost me $18 to get back to the airport with my friend. She paid the same price for a total of $36 rather than $110.

While the driver was waiting and was great, the cost was unreasonable. My fault for relying on Google to find transport to the hotel resort. Turns out, if I’d take a taxi found at the airport, it would have been $12/person for the 2 of us, plus $5 for each piece of luggage. For us, it would have cost $39 instead of $110.

Kalid with Paradise Taxi was awesome! I am so thankful we chose this company to utilize for our shuttle. He was there waiting for us upon arrival, gave us lots of great info about the island and will take care of us the rest of the week for any of our shuttle needs. Also, I accidentally left an important bag on the shuttle and didn’t realize it for at least an hour and messaged him and he had it and brought it back to me safe and sound. I appreciate his honesty and kindness! Highly recommend using this company for any of your transportation needs!

Khalid was a great driver. He was at the airport waiting for us and messaged us the entire time. He also even stopped on way to hotel to pick up case of water for the hotel. Highly recommend them. They were very personable and professional.

Big Moe was very patient with us. He contacted us as soon as we landed. Unfortunately, our luggage did not arrive, but he waited until we confirmed with him it wouldn’t be arriving today. The rise to the hotel was great. His service was the best part of our arrival.

Big Moe!!! An amazing trip and Big Moe was the most unexpected surprise. Prompt, helpful, super friendly. We didn’t go anywhere without Moe and his crew. Hey, Big Moe’s boss—GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Or better yet, a share in your company. We will be back next year but only if he’s still there.
