Tour to Cerro Campanário and Circuito Chico very well led by the guide provided by the agency. Tour to Cerro Catedral there were delays and we didn't spend more than 2 hours at the base as the climb was closed.
What made me indignant were 2 things, the agency responsible for the logistics of picking up tourists from hotels claimed that my hotel was far away, they made me be at the agency's address on Miter Street at 8:20 in the morning (the sun rises in Bariloche at 09:00), we were the first to board, we passed by several hotels to pick up the other tourists and soon after my indignation came, the tour van passed by the door of my hotel at the beginning of the chic circuit, they made me look like a clown at the losing more than 1 hour and a half of sleep, taking a car and traveling to the agency's office in the center of Bariloche, all because of 5 minutes that the Van spent from the hotel that picked up the last tourist to the door of me I was staying and was denied the option of being picked up at the hotel.
My other complaint is the price of the tour, approximately 100 dollars per person, a real rip-off. You can find similar tours in the center of Bariloche by hiring directly with other agencies for less than half that price.
This one doesn't get me anymore

It was exciting to take this tour, with very beautiful landscapes, where we took advantage and took many photos that will remain in our memories. I highly recommend doing the small circuit

The tour was excellent. I was traveling alone and when it wasn’t possible for me to do the tour that I had booked the operator facilitated me with another tour which turned out to be better than I could have expected. The guide (Christian) was a gent and very informative and entertaining. He provided me with translations and personal guidance. The route was stunning. Enough said. I highly recommend this tour operator. Well done guys for such a great job. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We did this excursion because we didn't have much time, and it was ideal to take advantage of, we were able to do this classic walk of Bariloche... we loved it... the bad thing was that the weather was not good, it was very cold and humid, but the walk was not dull! On the last day we had a few hours free and took the opportunity to do the short circuit in Bariloche! It's worth it, we took photos at Lake Nahuel Huapi, we loved it! the guides were very friendly!
