We will start our activity inside the Los Glaciares National Park, located 80 km from the city of El Calafate.
The glaciers protected in this Park, generated centuries and even millennia ago, bear witness to the enormous masses of ice that dominated part of the planet during the last two million years and witnessed the birth of humanity.
Los Glaciares National Park was created in 1937 and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1981.
Upon arrival at the Park, we will have the opportunity to see the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier. Optionally, you can choose to sail by boat.
This undoubtedly complements your visit to be dazzled by the imposingness of its landslides, not only from the height of the walkways, but now from lake level: the front of the Glacier oscillates between 40 and 80 meters high above the lake level.

Great tour. Hotel pickup was right on time, the driver and guide were great, and the glacier is beautiful - you get great views. Definitely recommend adding the boat tour to get the most out of the day. Park entrance is not included (currently 12,000 pesos). Food isn’t included either so either bring lunch or you can buy it at the little cafe by the walkways.

Beautiful glacier. Well organized trip with nice tour guide.
Enough time to take photos.
Pasarela was the best thing for me. Walking a bit to get close to the glacier.
Hear when the glacier is moving and cracking.
Weather was also good.
If it is rainy, then you don't enjoy the trip that much.

Take the boat to visit this enormous glacier up close. A must visit. Wear hiking shoes. The hike before the glacier visit is an added experience as you walk thru a forest that is more like a rain forest than an old growth forest but you'll see many large old and interesting trees.

Except for the late pick up from hotel everything was good.
We were told that the pick up will be at 9 am but they came at 9.50.
However our tour guide marcelia was excellent. She spoke good English and was knowledgeable.
The drive from hotel to the glacier national park was beautiful .
The glacier was awesome. All the trails were well built with no chance to slip
The boat tour was great, we got to see the glacier from all sides

Excellent trip. A trip to Perito Moreno has to be on the agenda… the mini trekking was a fantastic experience. Catwalks are also a must-see.
