Absolutely terrible service. The driver never showed up and I was given ZERO notice that my ride would unavailable. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was able to get a hold of the company only to be told that my driver was not coming and a replacement was not being sent. I still have not received my refund. I will be challenging the charges with my credit card company because this is basically fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Getting a bottle of water after waiting for 45 minutes after scheduled pick up time. Flight was early, so altogether waited 2 hours.

Not sure of drivers name was but he didn’t help with bags as he was injured or not well or incapable? He didn’t say a word and drove so fast we were a little afraid and felt unwell at times. Van wasn’t cleaned with previous riders drink bottles and cups still in seat pockets. This service is hit and miss as our driver on arrival was lovely and chatty and drove safely. His name was Daniel. Request him if you can!

Booking was easy and communication was good. However, for some reason, the luggage was delayed for my flight. By the time I got my bag and got through customs, I was told by the coordinator that my ride had left and another one was en route in 40 minutes because of an airport rule where drivers can only wait an hour. I declined this later ride. I booked in advanced for convenience. I later found booking an official authorized taxi at the airport was more convenient and instant. I would advise my friends and family to just book an official taxi.

I booked and paid for the trip. Then there was no one at the airport in Cabo to take us. When I called them, they said no one was available. I ended up taking a taxi which was cheaper anyway.

I didn’t receive any instructions regarding where to meet the driver at the airport. I waited for almost an hour and e Ded up getting a taxi. I received a call from the driver when I was in the taxi half way to my hotel.
