All of your snorkeling gear and flotation devices are provided, plus plenty of encouragement and support if you’re new to snorkeling. The Pacific Whale Foundation does a great job. They know what they're talking about and they know their ocean. The tours are bigger, 80 people +-, so if your looking for a personalized experience then this probably isn't for you. The boat is loaded at about 50% capacity so there is plenty of room though.
They offered the Continental breakfast and a grilled lunch. Both were plenty. I'm a bigger guy. I wasn't stuffed, but I wasn't hungry afterwards either. Overall is was a great experience.
My only tip is: watch the weather before you go. If the weather sucks so will your excursion, duh. Don't blame the foundation for a bad experience due to the weather. YOU are responsible for when you go. I picked a calm day and we had a great time and saw plenty of wildlife.
Also, this isn't a fish tank so if you don't see the fish you want, also not the foundations problem. The last time I snorkeled at Molikini we saw tons of reef sharks. This time, zero. Please keep that in mind.
Other than that just relax and have a good time. It's a vacation after all.

This was an amazing trip. The boat captain who managed the seating was a bit racist (pretended he lost our reservation). I wasn’t standing for that…the girls helping were lovely. Despite that we had an amazing time.

The snorkeling at Molokini was fantastic! So many colorful fish, and lots of coral and sea urchins! It was all very well organized and getting in and out of the water was very well orchestrated. I felt very safe and secure with all of your people in the water watching over us!

Had a great time! Weather and visibility were spectacular and the crew took good care of us. We had less than 1/3 of the possible capacity which was really nice too!

We had a fantastic time on this snorkel trip, despite how windy it was!! We were surprised to learn it was the second windiest port in the world, and a little worried, but some Dramamine and the incredible crew put us right at ease! We saw so many different varieties of fish, a sea turtle and even 2 whales!! Also the lunch was delicious and even included an alcoholic beverage of your choice. The crew was clearly passionate about what they do and very informative!

It was a very windy day (typical for 2nd windiest harbor in world they say) and we felt safe with the Captain and crew. They took good care of us, We didn't feel a real warm personal touch, but they were busy and we like supporting the Pac Whale Foundation. I would go with them again. Good food and service provided. Also gave good naturalist info, and the Captain took us to try to find a whale after we saw spouts. Also saw spinner dolphins, and a turtle that surfaced for a breath in a special area the Captain knew about. Fun snorkeling at Molokini and saw a lot of fish.
