Greta was fantastic! She made the art and history come alive for our family in Florence! Our family was engaged and delighted with the tour. This was a long tour, but she incorporated plenty of time for breaks.

I love Italy, but Firenze is the precious jewel of Italy! Our tour was made extra special by our guide Angela. I was quite disappointed sadly. I paid way too much for way too little… the app says to be at the meet point at 9:45am and then in fine print in the “before you go” it says to be there 15 mins early, no refunds. So, I was there at 9:45 and everyone was gone. Sigh. So most of the morning I was in stressful WhatsApp conversations trying to get ahold of anyone to get me to wherever the tour was. In the end I paid $164 to get into Uffizi Museum. The explanations on a few paintings were interesting. The tour guide wasn’t bad if a little distant. Hard job I guess. I’d have preferred a refund I think. Oh well.
